All sessions are non-refundable and your session must take place within 14 days of purchase date, otherwise you forfeit your purchase and no refunds will be given. Please note: this is 14 regular days, not business days. For example, if you purchase your session on June 1, your session must take place by June 14th, unless I am unable to fit you in for a session during this time span. You are allowed 1 reschedule of your session date, otherwise your session will be forfeited and no refunds will be given.
Once You’ve Signed Up:
You’ll receive an email with a link to an Intake Form. This is where you can share some details of what you’re seeking help with and looking to achieve. Filling out this form will give me an idea of what’s going on with you/your organization before we meet, so we’re able to make the most of our time together. Once I receive this form back, we’ll schedule your consult.

Preparing For Your Consult:
To get ready for your session, it’s suggested that you spend some time by yourself, outside and in silence to help settle your energy, clear your worries from the day and get you clear and ready for our time together. The more open and receptive you are, the clearer the messages will come through. Spirit/the messages and guidance that comes through works off of what you are open and receptive to hearing, so the more ready for the session you are, rather than scattered or in a rush with your mind on a million things from work/home, this will be better for you.
Bring To Your Session:
A notepad and a pen to take notes. (No recordings of the sessions allowed – Spirit’s orders). Because sessions are healing in nature and open you to new ideas and concepts, as well as clear old programming and negative thinking, make sure you drink a lot of water during the session as well as afterwards. This will help you clear blocks and process emotions.
Late to Session:
15 minutes will be given as a courtesy, after that it will be counted as a missed session and no refunds will be given. If you arrive within the 15-minute courtesy time frame, we will still end at the originally designated finish.
No Perfume or Scented Moisturizer:
If you are having an in person session, please do NOT wear any cologne/perfume or scented moisturizer, body wash, hairspray, etc. I am sensitive to smell (it’s a psychic thing) and I will not be able to be near you if you have any fragrance on.
After Your Session:
After your session, take it easy, and drink a lot of water to clear the toxins that were released and help you process the information and energy that came through. It’s suggested that you stay away from socializing and loud music for the rest of the day. Rest and be out in nature. Sit in silence. Think. Be. Go to sleep early that night and for the next few days as you may need more hours of sleep. This is all normal. For the next few days, be easy on yourself because things are shifting within you. After a day or two has passed, read over your notes and do the exercise(s)/material suggested.
Moving Forward
In order for you to upgrade your life, your business, etc – and become a better version of you – you, 2.0 – you’re going to need ongoing teachings, healings, guidance and support. Because of this, it’s suggested that you enroll in a program after your Initial Consult. One session builds on the next and during your Initial Consult, a lot of energy will be stirred up. In order to keep this energy growing, so you can manifest the life and career/company/changes you desire, enroll in a program within 1 week or less of your Initial Consult. This way we will pick up where your Consult left off and the teachings and guidance will be fresh in your mind. If you wait too long, you’ll sink back into old patterns and old ways of thinking and being.
