Start-to-Finish Event Planning, Staffing, & Event Execution in NYC, NJ, & Eastern PA

Available for everything from a single event launch, or a small business consulting project, to building an entire events division, or producing your live corporate activations.

Available for remote concept & planning, or in-person, hands-on management.

Primarily serving the tri-state, but available for travel nationwide for larger corporate activations.

With almost 30 years of hands-on experience in the events industry, I design and run profitable events that capture press, build your brand, and generate revenue.

From start to finish, I’m there with you taking care of every detail:

  • Event Planning: Developing unique, profitable event concepts, scouting venues, and booking audio-visual, catering, transportation, and entertainment.
  • Vendor Logistics: Screening, negotiating with, and managing vendors to protect your budget and profits.
  • Event Marketing: Creating promotional ideas, coordinating digital and physical signage, hiring graphic designers, and building ticket structures and upsells.
  • Workforce Management: Interviewing, hiring, training, and managing on-site event staff so they greet guests properly and drive sales.
  • Promotions: Partnering with local influencers and sourcing memorable, high-value event giveaways or souvenirs for your attendees.
  • Event Management: Serving as your on-site operational fixer to keep the schedule moving smoothly and shut down day-of issues before they affect your guests.

Case Study: Built Match.com’s Event Division from the Ground Up

Match.com headhunted me because they saw the unique, high-profit singles events I was already producing independently in NYC. They wanted that exact same success scaled across Manhattan and Northern New Jersey—two massive markets where they had zero physical presence.

  • Division Launch: I established their complete in-person event infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Logistics & Contracts: I conducted all venue selection, hand-picked menu selections, and negotiated food costs and all contracts to protect the company’s budget and ensure profits.
  • On-Site Leadership: I provided hands-on leadership as the primary on-site point of contact during the day of the events.
  • Workforce Management: I hired, trained, coached, and managed the event staff to make sure every experience ran smoothly.
  • On-the-Floor Engagement: I served as the featured dating expert, giving singles advice at the event, breaking the ice, and making sure everyone felt comfortable and welcomed.
  • The Results: Produced sold-out events that generated major revenue for the company.

Case Study: Event Division Turnaround at BJ’s Wholesale Club

BJ’s Wholesale Club retained me to take over an underperforming store events division that lacked hands-on operational management.

The Reality: The floor staff lacked clear supervision. The division was struggling with low morale, staff goofing off on the clock, and a complete lack of basic customer engagement or sales skills.

The Fix: Within 3 short months, I cleaned up the daily operations, established clear floor supervision, and retrained the entire team.

The Results: Turned the underperforming events division into a highly profitable, productive, and peaceful operation. Morale turned completely around. Today, the team works together, supports one another, and shows up to shifts excited to sample, engage, and sell, sell, sell!

“Under Blaire’s management, my interactions with members completely turned around. My sales pitches became short and sweet, and I now sell out of my product almost every single day. Blaire taught me exactly how to multitask without dropping the ball, tackle any demo I’m given, and handle the floor smoothly. I’ve now stepped into a lead role on the floor, and learned how to kick some serious butt when it comes to sales.”

– Tom, Product Demonstrator, BJ’s Wholesale Club

“I’ve been working this job for 3 years, and for that entire time I experienced difficulty with selling and multitasking during live events. Before Blaire came in, selling out of my product was rare and I wouldn’t hit my sales goals. Now, I sell out several times a week! I’m able to connect with customers rather than talk at them, and my product demos are amazing. Blaire has also taught me how to sharpen my leadership skills, manage my time efficiently, and make executive decisions on the floor.”

– Mary Lou, Product Demonstrator, BJ’s Wholesale Club
