In this educational, interactive, empowering healing class, I guide you through steps on how to process your emotions in a healthy way, so you get into your power. (Because when you’re mad, sad, anxious, frustrated or depressed, you’re out of control, not thinking straight, easily controlled, in a victim state, and definitely not in your power.)

• Only 5 spots available each month! This teaching/healing class is limited in size to ensure personal attention, guidance, and healing for each person in attendance. In some classes, you may be the only one in attendance. If you want company, sign up for a friend.
• Feel free to bring your lunch.
• Bring a pen and notebook to take notes.
• Bring water and tissues in case you get emotional. This is a healing class so emotions may come up to be released.
• Come ready to share your thoughts and feelings related to what’s bothering you in the world. This is not a lecture-style class, but instead a free flowing small group teaching/healing session that’s similar to a private session where everyone gets personal attention.
• Phones must be OFF, leave it in your car. NO smartwatches allowed.
• 15-minute late to class policy: If you do not make it to class within 15 minutes of class start time, it will be counted as a missed class and no refunds will be given. This policy is in effect for two reasons: 1) classes are small and in some cases you may be the only one signed up. 2) since most classes listed are healing in nature, it’s important that everyone start the class together and not be disturbed by new energy in the middle.

In December 2021, Blaire manifested an adorable home in the country, on a large property, in a new state, where she had no friends or family, in a housing crisis, with no job, and little money. She was amazed by her ability to manifest such an incredible thing against all odds in less than 30 days.

It was a short lease, just 4 months, but she figured she’d be able to quickly manifest another dream home in that amount of time. Hey, she did it once, she’d be able to do it again! Not so fast… Blaire didn’t want to settle, and instead, consciously chose to step into the unknown and became homeless.

For a period of a year, Blaire refused to settle for housing she did not like or want and went on what she now calls, “a homeless adventure.” She ended up moving approximately 20 times in that year and experienced her (and most people in society’s) worst fears – running out money, terror, anxiety, overwhelm, the unknown, and lots of scary characters and unkept places. She bounced around from hotels, motels, a campground, her storage unit, and a dirty abandoned warehouse – that was until she was able to stabilize her mind and emotions and regain her confidence in her manifesting abilities – and she then ended up living on 3 large farm estates,  one after the next, which was her dream and how she originally wanted to be living.

What went from being a scary “homeless adventure” turned into a “freedom journey” where she learned to release her fears, trust God, trust herself, perfect her manifestation abilities, create miracles, become resilient, persistent, control her mind and emotions, surrender, trust and more. All qualities that she now teaches through telling her story, which help her and will help you understand how to stay grounded when your life gets chaotic and step into mastery to make your dreams come true.

This is something you have to work at, it’s not just nice words you say to make yourself feel good and sound good to others. There are certain internal practices and ways of being in the world that you must do. This is how you align your actions with your beliefs and your words and create a powerful and positive ripple in the world.

Once you get educated as to what’s really going on, heal your inner wounds and all the ways you’ve been programmed, you’ll get into your power. Your connection to God/Source/Spirit will become strong. You’ll start to get guidance about your mission and how you can help clear corruption from this world.

Training Rules & Event Policies:

1. Tickets are non-refundable; although if you have a friend who friend who would like to attend instead, email me at least 24 hours before the training with their full name and email and wait for an email confirmation back from me to confirm that your email has been received and your ticket hast been transferred.

2. Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email from “The Love Guru  Blaire” (check your spam folder) to confirm your purchase.

3. Link for Class: You’ll receive an email the day before class by 12 NOON EST with the link to the online class. If you don’t receive that, email me to let me know, but make sure to check your SPAM folder first.

4. Class is limited in size, intimate and interactive. This is how you get personal coaching, guidance and healing.

5. Class is free-flowing, not lecture style. Material shared will differ from class to class based on attendees’ wants and needs. I am a psychic medium and healer and channel information in class based on attendees’ Souls desires. Of course, your questions are welcomed and encouraged!

6. No recordings will be emailed after class. Come to class because that’s where the magic happens.

10. Exercises are given in between classes to take the teachings and healings further.

11. Trainings are educational, entertaining, inspiring, and empowering.

12. Trainings will stir your Soul. Trainings are not just an information dump for your mind, they are guiding you through an awakening and transformation of your Soul.

13. Trainings may challenge one’s current belief system. It’s only because we have been told lies about who we really are and how life really works. The intention behind these trainings is to educate, deprogram, and empower.

14. Allow time before every training to settle yourself, walk in nature, sit in silence, and get clear on your intentions as to what you want to get out of each training. After trainings, allow time to again, walk in nature, rest, think, journal and just be. This is when intuitions will come to you, along with other guidance from your Soul. Stay away from loud noises and places, like restaurants and malls, as well as drugs, alcohol, sugar, TV, etc.

15. By attending trainings and applying what attendees have learned, as well as thinking about the material, praying about it, doing research, journaling about the material and what intuitions, fears, anxieties, etc come up, attendees will become better versions of themselves and will learn how to serve humanity at a higher level.

16. Trainings are group coaching and healing sessions which include education about what is really going on in the world, healing of mental, emotional, and childhood wounds, and programming that will assist you and your friends/group in stepping into higher levels of consciousness, into your power, and into positions of power.

17. Bring a notepad and pen to take notes. Bring water to clear toxins and help move stuck energy.

18. No cell phones or smartwatches allowed in trainings. These are weapons (want more information? Attend “Heal Your Smartphone Addiction” class and “NWO for Newbies” and “What Is The New World Order? Key Concepts to Look Out For” classes listed above and/or bring your question about these devices/weapons to ask at those classes.

19. If trainings are held at Client’s place of business, internet, internet boosters/amplifiers, Alexa, Echo Dot and any other smart devices should be unplugged or not on the property at all. There’s an understanding that sometimes this is out of one’s control, but these are the preferred conditions.

20. No cell towers or satellites on top of the building or near by where trainings take place. Trainings will not take place in places under surveillance, such as schools, police/fire stations, churches/temples. There’s an understanding that sometimes this is out of one’s control, but these are the preferred conditions.

21. There may be some cursing that slips out of The Love Guru’s mouth in class. I speak freely when I teach these classes and will not censor myself in any way. If this offends you, the Foundational Class called “Triggered”(listed above) will help you.

22. Attendee accepts and agrees that she/he is 100% responsible for her/ his life and results from the class.
