Is Your Business Running Smoothly—Or Is Daily Employee & Operational Chaos Draining Your Revenue and Damaging Your Brand?

Between employee issues, client issues, operational issues, facility issues, vendor issues, technical issues… the list is never-ending and overwhelming.

Help is here.

Are you dealing with any of these headaches?

Your employees are exhausting.

  • You have employees who have no clue what they’re doing.
  • Constant call-outs, missed deadlines, and frequent operational mess-ups.
  • High turnover and gossip runs rampant. Your employees have bad attitudes and they don’t know how to act professionally.
  • They’re constantly talking to one another, goofing off, on their phones, and disappearing.
  • Your employees are terrible communicators. Either they don’t have communication skills or just choose not to communicate.
  • They lack the leadership skills, time management skills, and conflict management skills required to protect your brand and reputation… or maybe they just don’t care.
  • You want to retain your employees and have a high-performing culture, but at this point, you’d be thrilled if they just did their job.

Your managers are struggling to manage.

  • Instead of leading their team and giving you a break, they constantly need you to hold their hands.
  • You’re stuck with managers who are inexperienced, unfriendly, rough with their delivery, gossipy, and cliquey.
  • They don’t have the skills to communicate directly, and have poor boundaries.
  • They’re unable to solve problems on their own, and some are completely toxic to your organization’s culture.
  • You want to invest in professional coaching to fix their bad behavior—otherwise you’re going to have to fire them.

Daily operations are sloppy and chaotic.

  • Every few days there’s a new “emergency” that throws everyone off.
  • Because your business has so many moving parts with different departments that fail to communicate, things fall between the cracks.
  • Instead of permanent fixes, employees pass the buck, nothing gets resolved, or it takes three people to figure out (or try to figure out) a basic, everyday problem.
  • You desperately need a standard way of operating so everyone across all departments knows exactly who handles what, and how to handle it.

Your client experience is a total crapshoot.

  • Sometimes your team is friendly and helpful. Other times they give an attitude or ignore your clients completely.
  • One day they know what they’re doing. The next day they’re completely clueless—dealing with the array of personalities and “quirks” your employees exhibit is not fun for you.
  • Then there are days when your employees don’t show up to work or disappear right when you need them.
  • You’re running a business—you need consistency.

Your business is a shitshow.

  • Your organization has too many moving pieces. Facilities are neglected, technology and equipment frequently break down, there’s never a quick solution.
  • Deliverables are late. The environment feels unpolished, broken down, and cheap. Corners are cut—and it’s obvious to anyone who pays attention.
  • Whether it’s an operational failure, a service mishap, or an administrative error, these internal failures tarnish your brand.
  • To make matters worse, your employees handle these mishaps terribly—overpromising fixes, passing the buck, giving clients attitude or the runaround.
  • When issues get escalated, your management team ignores them. Clearly they don’t care either.
  • Your clients are left feeling frustrated, angry, and resentful. Not only are they pissed, they vow to never return—and tell everyone on social media how your business is bullshit.

* * Stop Trying to Manage the Chaos On Your Own * *

Hi, I’m Blaire.

I am a trusted advisor to high-powered executives, entrepreneurs, and management teams, providing consulting services, coaching, and training that upgrade you, your workforce, and your workplace.

I specialize in developing leaders within retail, hospitality, and other fast-paced service environments that have complex, multi-department operations—equipping hotel and resort owners, entertainment directors, and corporate executives with the tools to transform chaotic operations into predictable, high-performing cultures.

How I Work:

I upgrade your workforce and workplace by looking deeply at two main areas:

1 – Your Workplace “People” Dynamics

To start, I identify the root cause of your company’s problems:

  • What are the underlying organizational issues related to your employees?
  • Why are these issues happening in the first place?
  • How can these issues be fixed quickly, efficiently, effectively, and permanently?

Once I’m able to assess what’s going on, I share the insights with you.

You can fix these issues on your own, or I can do the work for you. I will coach and train your executive team, managers, HR department, and frontline employees, so you don’t have to deal with these headaches anymore.

2 – Your Workplace Processes

Next, I assess your day-to-day operations for overall efficiency.

I look closely at your workflows by asking:

  • What are your exact policies and procedures for delivering exceptional service to your clients?
  • How does your team handle unhappy clients when service goes wrong?
  • What are your employees doing on a daily basis that wastes time, money, creates operational bottlenecks, or simply makes no sense at all?
  • What issues keep popping up week after week that never seem to get resolved?

Just like before, I share this information with you, along with targeted suggestions on how to do things better, save your company money, and make it run more efficiently.

You can take my findings and fix things yourself, or I can work with you and your leadership team and associates to execute the changes. I am here to help you grow your brand and your business.

My focus is on systemic change.

I provide top-down organizational intervention that builds a positive, productive, and peaceful workplace culture.

By working directly with entrepreneurs, C-suite executives, and HR leaders, I implement strategic changes so your business can sustain long-term growth.

From there, I help companies:

  • Develop leaders who are confident, caring, competent, accountable, and resilient
  • Build high-performing teams
  • Design custom standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training scripts that ensure smooth, predictable daily operations
  • Secure high client satisfaction that elevates and preserves your brand and market position

This creates a true win-win for your leadership, your employees, and your clients.

If you’re struggling with any of the issues listed above and want help to fix them, book an initial consultation to get started.

Client Successes & Case Study:

Case Study: BJ’s Wholesale Club (Events Division)

The Problem:

A troubled club division that had been entirely neglected and left without direct supervision for over 3 years. The department was riddled with low morale, employees goofing off, extreme operational inefficiencies, zero customer engagement, and a total lack of sales skills.

The Intervention:

I provided a hands-on operational turnaround within 3 short months.

  • I built simple, highly repeatable systems for live events, samplings, roadshows, and video demos.
  • I delivered group classroom programs paired with on-the-floor “how-to” trainings that ensured employees could lead themselves and be completely self-sufficient.
  • I provided 1-on-1 coaching to boost employees’ performance. More specifically, I focused on building employees’ confidence, and teaching them presentation skills, customer service skills, and sales skills.

The Result:

The division transformed into a highly profitable, productive, and peaceful operation. Employee morale improved, performance skyrocketed, and the team became cohesive, interactive, and fiercely supportive of one another. Employees became genuinely excited and eager to come to work to sample, engage, and sell, sell, sell!

What People On The Ground Are Saying:

Direct Team & Associate Feedback:

I stepped in to manage, restructure, and mentor internal teams on the ground.

I’ve never had a manager as influential, helpful, and positive as Blaire

“Ever since I began working at BJ’s Wholesale Club over a year ago, never before have I had a manager as influential, helpful and positive as Blaire.

Before Blaire, my interactions with BJ members were basic. My sales pitches were lengthy and I had a poor attitude. I rarely sold out of my product and I was easily frustrated, bored and didn’t enjoy my job. I was never given any leadership responsibilities or training, even though I kept asking and eagerly wanted to learn. I also had emotional breakdowns every other day and I was scared of losing my job because of them.

However in the course of just 3 months, Blaire has changed all of this. She was different than the other managers. She didn’t think I was expendable and she saved me from the one thing I was afraid of – the possibility of losing my job because of my freak outs.

Blaire has taught me a great deal of helpful skills, such as keeping my sales pitch short and sweet, multitasking without mental load, and now I’m able to tackle any demo I’m given. Now I sell out almost every day! Now I’m training under Blaire to be a proper team leader, something I’ve been dreaming about for a really long time.

I have been free of emotional breakdowns and have learned how to kick some serious butt when it comes to sales. I’m very pleased with how Blaire has shaped me into a model employee and how much I’ve changed from how I was when I first began. Thank you, Blaire!!!” – Tom, BJ’s Wholesale Club

It wasn’t until Blaire came in that I finally got the help that I needed.

“I’ve been working this job for 3 years. For that entire time I’ve been experiencing difficulty with selling and multitasking. For example, I’ve struggled with cooking the product, selling, and engaging with members. I would watch other specialists and see how comfortable they were with doing this and it wasn’t until Blaire came in as the manager 3 months ago that I finally got the help that I needed.

Before sell outs of my product was rare. I wouldn’t hit my sales goals and my presentations were lengthy and didn’t prompt people to buy. Now I sell out on my product several times a week! I’m able to talk to customers and connect with them rather than talk at them, and frankly, my demos are amazing! Blaire has also been teaching me how to sharpen my leadership skills. I’m learning how to speak up for myself, direct people, speak more powerfully and succinctly and make executive decisions. I’m much better at managing my time.

Before I would easily get distracted. Now I’m learning to focus and accomplish my goals (which is everything!) and my day runs much more efficiently. (Before Blaire came in a lot of time was wasted by the whole team and it was never addressed). Blaire has empowered each one of us. She has motivated and coached us and the whole team has developed beyond what we thought was our potential. I highly recommend Blaire. She brings a lot to the table, much more passion, skills and effort than any job description would require.” – Mary Lou – BJ’s Wholesale Club

Blaire has given me the leadership skills and confidence to step into a being a manager.

“Blaire is a manager who really cares about her employees.

She’s given me the leadership skills and confidence to step into a being a manager.

This is something I didn’t feel comfortable doing, nor was I ever provided training for this role in the 7 years I worked for the company. She’s coached me in speaking up about my concerns to employees and upper management in an empowered way, rather than complaining, being a victim, and creating drama.” – Yolanda – Dollar General

The information you shared was very helpful!

“The information you shared was very helpful! Thank you. Now I have to speak to my manager about some issues we’ve been having on the floor. Thank you for giving me the tools and the confidence to handle this. It came at the perfect time.”

– Nurse, Nursing Department (Passaic County)

Session for 1 Person

$1,200* - 1 hour

What Happens During Your Session:

An initial session consists of 3 key elements:

1. Assessment: I assess what's currently happening within your organization. We'll go over your needs, what issues you're running into, and your company's goals.

2. Consulting: You'll get consulting about your workplace "people" problems. This will give you a higher perspective as to the root cause of what's going on within your company, and how to fix and upgrade your workforce and workplace issues.

3. Top-Down Leadership Coaching: I coach you and your leadership team first, and usually, before I do any coaching or trainings for your employees. This is key part in transforming and upgrading your culture. If you want your company to be better, you must learn how to be better first. This personal transformation will positively impact every area of your business, life, and relationships.

Bring a notepad and pen and be ready to take copious notes that you can review again later for further insight and integration. I will ask you a lot of questions about what's going on within your organization. This will enable me to start building a customized training, coaching and/or consulting program for your company to fix things, while also giving you a new way of looking and doing things within your business.

Why top-down leadership coaching works:

If your business is struggling with workplace "people" problems, such as frontline employee performance issues, retention issues, or poor service quality, focusing exclusively on the lower tier of your organizational chart is an expensive, time- and money-wasting mistake.

Here's why...

Reason #1 - The Real Problem is Rarely What You Think It Is

What many CEOs, C-suite executives, and HR professionals think is the problem within their organization is not actually the problem - it's just a symptom of a broken system. I help you get to the root cause of your "people" problems, so you're able to get the results you want, rather than throwing thousands of dollars at fixes that won't make a difference (or much of a difference).

Reason #2 - Great Companies Have a Great Foundation - That Starts with You!

Most workplace "people" problems exist because the business owner, C-suite executives, and/or managers need coaching to improve their leadership and communication skills first. Frontline employees mirror the communication, boundaries, and leadership skills of their managers. This is why we start with you and your leadership team. Throwing training programs at frontline employees while ignoring the foundation of your organization (which is you and your leadership team) is a total waste of time, energy, and money.

Reason #3 - Lasting Transformation Requires You To Be Involved

The best and most sustained results happen when I create solutions with you, not just for you. Your active involvement guarantees that the transformation within your company and the operational upgrades stick long after the consulting engagement has ended.

  • After 24 to 48 hours have passed, review your session notes and begin taking action on the exercises suggested.

Moving Forward
Sustained personal and organizational growth requires ongoing teachings, guidance, coaching, and support. A single deep-dive session is great, as it gets things started, but producing lasting personal and corporate transformation requires consistency. One session builds on the next and in order to prevent you from falling back into old ways of thinking and being, it's highly suggested that you enroll in a coaching program within one week of your initial session while the breakthroughs and guidance are fresh in your mind. This way we'll pick up where your session left off and keep building, together.

About The Love Guru Blaire:

Corporate Consultant, Leadership Coach & Trainer, Interpersonal Relationship & Communications Expert, Marriage & Family Therapist

For over 20 years, I've been working as an Interpersonal Relationship & Communications Expert guiding entrepreneurs, C-suite executives, managers, and employees in improving their leadership skills, communication skills, "people" skills, customer service, sales, and more.

I'm able to fix your workplace "people" problems and upgrade your workforce and workplace - quickly.

I increase productivity, profitability, and peace by clearing dysfunction from the corporate culture.

Some examples of dysfunction are:  inefficiency, poor communication, no communication, micromanagement, no training or supervision at all, poor organizational skills, lacking management skills, bad customer service, poor or no sales skills, employee conflict, drama, gossip, and more.

I'm trained as a Marriage & Family Therapist, which gives me keen insight into why your employees act the way they act and how they affect one another.

Because of this background, I look at your workplace issues through a systemic lens when I work with groups, teams, and organizations (large and small), as well as individuals. This means I'm able to see how your company's policies, environment, employee-to-employee as well as management-to-employee interactions, and internal/external changes affect your employees individually and collectively, as well as your company as a whole. Then, I propose and implement solutions that are a win-win for everyone.

I'm able to see your employees' unique gifts and talents that others don't see (or appreciate). I'm then able to help your employees develop their unique gifts, and place them properly within your organization. Employees go from being checked out, poorly functioning, struggling, or just getting by to being stellar employees who are 100 times more motivated, productive, joyful, loyal and profitable!

Throughout our relationship of working together, I act as your trusted advisor supporting you and the growth of your company every step of the way.

I went to The University of Miami for my undergrad studies, where I had a double major in Speech/Interpersonal Communications and Psychology (graduated early with honors) and Nova Southeastern University for graduate school, where I attended classes in person, full time, for two years and received my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I've been featured in over 100 media outlets worldwide! The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, CNN, MSNBC, Time Out NY, The Montel Show, Glamour Magazine, The Wendy Williams Show, Yoga Journal, The Guardian UK, and more.
