It stands for “psychological operation” which is a military operation that is done on individuals, groups, and entire countries to get people to have certain emotions, beliefs, and attitudes — so they act in a way the government and military want them to!

It’s how they control and manipulate people.

We have been lied to about everything in our world since birth. Give yourself the space and time to allow your brain (and perspective) to re-wire. I am guiding you through an awakening process, re-aligning you with truth. You may feel tender. This is normal. Stay away from drugs, alcohol, social media, TV, loud music, loud and busy places. Go to sleep early. Eat fresh food. Sit with yourself and be with your Soul and Spirit, if you can, again, it’s best to be in nature and in silence and to journal your feelings. Come to future classes or book a private session to get further support, learning, healing, and guidance.
