Return Policy

You may return any physical product within 30 days of your purchase date for a full product refund or exchange. Tshirts must in perfect condition and not be worn.  Please contact us for where to send your product.  Please enclose a copy of the packing slip/invoice along with the merchandise you are returning. Returns will be refunded in the form that the original payment was received. Send us an email to notify us that the retun has been sent.

MP3 and Ebooks are non-refundable. All teleclass/event/workshop tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for another date, if you'd like to send a friend instead then please notify us through email and phone in advance. Partial returns on bundles and special packages are not accepted.

Private one on one sessions through phone and in person are non-refundable.
