Sessions are Weekly or Every Other Week

We will meet for 60 minutes each week over the phone or in person (Delray Beach, FL location).

Have sessions as often as you'd like based on how quickly you would like to reach your goal(s),

as well as how much time and energy you are willing to commit to your dreams.

It is suggested that you schedule your session on a weekly basis if you are seeking to manifest your "One"

Weekly sessions help build the manifestation energy, stronger and stronger, to get you the love you desire.  

Weekly sessions also give you the support in your transformation.  This way you're able to see results - fast!

 

Programs are in a Teaching Format.

Whereas the first session is more of an information gathering session about your love life history, in moving forward, programs are ACTION BASED.  

I share with you lessons and then give you things to “do” in between sessions.

Programs include heart healings, intuitive guidance from Spirit, and exercises.

In between sessions, you will have some activities to continue on your own. 

Sometimes these will be journalling exercises, other times they’ll be a physical activity, and at other times it’ll be a new way of thinking to practice.
